 Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Competition

PRESS RELEASE

First constitutive session of the second assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Competition was held in Sarajevo on 1 October 2010. Council of Competition consists of six members with the status of administrative judges, chosen from prominent experts in the field for the period of six years with the possibility of one reappointment. President of Council of Competition is chosen for the mandate of one year.

First constitutive session of the second assembly was held with following members: Stjepo Pranjić Phd., Gordan Raspudić, Maida Čampara, Arijana Regoda Dražić, Ibrica Lakišić and Gordana Živković. The following was adopted at the session:

-   Proposal of the decision on appointment of Stjepo Pranjic Phd. for the President of Council of Competition.

- Proposal of the list of authorized persons – signatories for material and financial documentation, treasury operations, replacement for the signatories, entrance and approval of financial obligations and internal control of the entrance of financial obligations of Council of Competition for 2010, which is the part of the valid Regulations for 2009.
