4^th Session of Bosnia and Herzegovina  Council of Competition

PRESS RELEASE

4^th session of the second assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Competition was held in Sarajevo on 4 November 2010 with following documents adopted:

- Conclusion on initiation of proceedings upon the Request of the undertaking ''Elektrokontakt SA'' Ltd. Sarajevo against the undertakings Public Utility Company ''Elektroprivreda BiH'' d.d. and „Eldis – tehnika“ Ltd. Sarajevo for the   abuse of dominant position on the market of sale of meter cabinets, by limitation of market and application of different conditions for the same type of goods.

Based on the submitted documents, Council of Competition decided that it was not possible to determine the violation of the Competition Act without the prior proceeding and issued a Conclusion on initiation of proceedings. 

-                Conclusion on initiation of proceedings upon the Request of the undertaking Centrotrans Ltd. Sarajevo against the Ministry of traffic of Sarajevo Canton for the abuse of dominant position in terms of Article 10, paragraph (2) item b) and c).

Based on the submitted documents, Council of Competition decided that it was not possible to determine the violation of the Competition Act without the prior proceeding and issued a Conclusion on initiation of proceedings.
