Banja Luka and Telekom Slovenije d.d. Ljubljana in the market for providing Internet services and fixed telephone services and for providing computer network services in Bosnia and Herzegovina , compatible. Telekom Slovenije submitted to the Council of Competition a Notification of intended concentration by means of which it intends to become majority owner of undertaking Aneks d.o.o.. After the analysis, the Council of Competition ascertained that this concentration will not create or strengthen a dominant position of the parties to the concentration. Also, the concentration created between Imperial Tobacco Group, United Kingdom and Altadis S.A., Spain in the industrially produced cigarettes market is approved by Council of Competition. The Company Imperial Tobacco Group submitted to the Council of Competition a Notification of intended concentration by means of which it intends to become majority owner of the company Altadis S.A. Influence of the concentration concerned on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina is made through undertaking Grosist Boss d.o.o. Sarajevo, a subsidiary association of Imperial Tobacco Group. After the estimation and analysis of all collected data and facts in the decision making procedure, the Council of Competition established that this concentration causes no changes of the market shares of the parties to the concentration due to the reason that only Imperial Tobacco Group is present in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that this concentration causes no distortion of the market competition in the industrially produced cigarettes market in Bosnia and Herzegovina. |
