Fifth Session of Bosnia and Herzegovina Competition Council

PRESS RELEASE

5^th session of the second assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Competition was held in Sarajevo on 30 November 2010 with following documents adopted:

- Conclusion on suspension of proceedings against Ministry of traffic in Sarajevo Canton Government.

Competition Council has suspended the proceedings, after the Applicant withdraw from the proceedings against Ministry of traffic in Sarajevo Canton Government.

- Conclusion on initiation of proceedings upon Request for initiation of proceedings filed by Udruženje drvoprerađivača „Pilana“ Han Pijesak, against „JP Šume Republike Srpske“a.d. Sokolac and „ŠG Visočnik“ Han Pijesak.

Competition Council decided that it was not possible to determine the violation of the Competition Act without the prior proceedings and issued a Conclusion on initiation of proceedings, which will be followed by final Decision in terms of Article 42, within the deadline from the Article 41 of the Competition Act.

- Conclusion to dismiss the Request for initiation of proceedings filed by ‘’Sarajevo Publishing’’ d.d. Sarajevo against Cantonal Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports in Tuzla Canton Government and Cantonal Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports in Bosansko-podrinjski Canton Government.
