CONCLUSIONS OF THE 63rd SESSION OF THE COUNCIL OF COMPETITION

SARAJEVO, 13 March  2008 - On its 63rd session, the Council of Competition assessed the concentration  which will be implemented in the services market for real estate leasing in Bosnia and Herzegovina between  BACA Giocondo Leasing d.o.o. Sarajevo and Interkonzum d.o.o. Sarajevo, compatible.

BACA Giocondo Leasing d.o.o. Sarajevo has submitted to the Council of Competition a Notification of intended concentration  by which it intends to become a majority owner of Interkonzum d.o.o. Sarajevo.

The Council of Competition finds out during the analysis and estimations in the decision making procedure, that implementation of the concentration concerned shall not distort existing competition. As BACA Giocondo has no activities and operations in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina there would be no significant changes in market positions in the relevant services market for real estates leasing in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
