CONCLUSIONS OF the 99th SESSION OF THE COUNCIL OF COMPETITION

In Sarajevo, on 16 th December 209, the 99th session of the Council of Competition was held and the following had been adopted:

-Conclusion on initiation of the proceedings upon the Request for initiation of the proceedings against the Health Insurance Institute of Sarajevo Canton , submitted by economic entity „Pharma Maac“d.o.o. Bačići, in order to determine  prohibited competitive activities  referred to in Article 4 paragraph(1) of the Act.

-Opinion on  obligation to notify the intended concentration, upon request of the economic entity „Optima grupa“ d.o.o. Banja Luka.
